Dec. 3-4 Christmas Cards & Cookies Blog Hop

December 3-4
Christmas Cards & Cookies
Blog Hop

Welcome to Round One of the Christmas Cards & Cookies Blog Hop! You should have come from Pam, http://pammejo-scrapbookflair.blogspot.com/. If you are starting here and wish to hop from the beginning of the hop, please visit Dena, http://missdjones.blogspot.com/. There was so much response to the Christmas Cards & Cookies Blog Hop that it had to be split between two weekends. This is Round One and begins Saturday, Dec. 3rd, continuing through Sunday, Dec. 4th. Round Two will be held next weekend. We have a talented group of women who love papercrafting and baking. Each of them is sharing a recipe for a yummy Christmas treat along with a Christmas card or tag. Hopefully, you’ll pick up some great ideas for your own Christmas gift giving this season. So, grab a cup of coffee, sit back, and enjoy!

Christmas is my favorite holiday. I love to decorate and put up the tree. I love to sit in the dark and just stare at all the lights on my tree. Lets not forget how much I love to bake. I wish I had more time during the day so I can bake all the goodies I want. This year I'm making pumpkin spice cupcakes. I've never made them before so I hope they turn out wonderful and I bet they will. I'm also going to share with all of you a Christmas card I made.

Pumpkin spice cupcakes:

To make the cupcakes all you will need is one box pumpkin spice cake mix and one can of 100% pumpkin (don't use the already pumpkin pie mix)

Mix the cake mix and pumpkin together. It will be thick. After its mixed very well spoon ( I use an ice cream scooper, it scoops enough for each cupcake) the batter in each cupcake holder. and bake 20 mins on 350 degrees. Use a knife to check if their done. If the knife comes out clean their ready to come out.
Let them cool and enjoy.

Ready to be cooked

Finished and ready to be eaten

The cupcakes came out great. They're so most. You would never believe how most they are without oil and eggs.
I think I'm going to have another one.

Christmas Card:

I really love snowmen. I used a Tim Holtz snowmen die.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and great New Year.
I have a little something for my old and new followers. Please become a follower and leave a comment to win the giveaway.

Good Luck
